Please read the following rental policies carefully before booking your vehicle.
🚘 Pickup & Return
Vehicles collected after 2:00 PM must be returned by 10:00 AM on the following day. Late returns will attract an additional full day's rental charge.
📍 Included Mileage
The rental includes 200 KM per day.
Additional usage beyond the included limit will be charged at
₹35 per KM.
⛽ Fuel Policy
No Excess Fuel Return Policy.
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received.
🚨 Speed Limit
Maximum speed limit is 80 KM/H.
A penalty of ₹500 will be charged for every overspeeding violation detected through GPS.
📡 GPS Tracking
All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for vehicle safety, route monitoring and policy compliance.
🚦 Traffic Violations
All traffic challans, toll charges, parking fees and other penalties incurred during the rental period shall be borne by the customer.
🔧 Vehicle Damage
The customer is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Repair costs will be recovered as per the actual assessment.
🚭 Cleanliness Policy
Smoking, alcohol consumption or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cleaning or restoration charges may apply.
🐶 Pets Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from CARMALL. Additional cleaning charges may apply if required.
👥 Authorized Driver
Only the person whose valid Driving Licence was submitted during booking is permitted to drive the vehicle.
🚫 Misuse of Vehicle
The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-roading, towing, commercial transport, driver training or any unlawful activity.
🛣️ Restricted Areas
Driving in restricted or prohibited areas may require prior approval from CARMALL.
🔐 Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection, subject to no pending dues, damages, challans or policy violations.
⏰ Booking Extension
Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be approved by CARMALL before the scheduled return time.
🆘 Breakdown Assistance
In case of a mechanical breakdown, immediately contact the CARMALL support team. Do not attempt repairs without prior approval.
